Harry Bhangoo

President & CEO

Harry is a seasoned supply chain professional with over 25 years of experience in transportation, logistics and finance. As the company grew from a one truck operation in 2017 to its current fleet size and 4 terminals in Fresno, Salinas, Yuma, and Laredo he performed numerous tasks in all aspects of the business ensuring ACE’s annual revenue grew each year. He leads the execution of ACE’s strategy, including investments in customer service excellence and driver satisfaction. Harry holds a Master of Science degree in Supply Chain Management.

Gary Grewal

General Manager, Partner

One of the founding partners of the ACE Freightways team, Gary also serves as the General Manager. He leads day-to-day dispatch operations including sales, load planning, routing, tracking, driver development, fuel optimization, as well as carrier development.

Hardev Bhangoo

Fleet Manager, Partner

Hardev is a career trucker and brings over 40 years of trucking experience to his role as Fleet Manager. He and his team are responsible for on-road safety and compliance of the fleet including safety, in house maintenance, on-road repairs, citations, logs & driver personnel. Hardev works to drive efficiencies across the entire company.

Vish Kumar

Operations Manager

Vish leads the operations + tracking/tracing team and is responsible for planning and procurement of all freight. His team is also responsible for maintaining a high level of driver interaction and collaborating with safety and training to help onboard new drivers and improve performance of the existing drivers. Vish holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, MBA.

Jimmy Singh

Accounting Manager

Jimmy oversees the accounting and support staff which includes financial reporting, external/internal audits, reviewing & completing customer contracts & proposals, claims, as well as financial analysis for ACE’s operations.

Chris James

Sales Executive

Chris is a motivated customer sales executive and is responsible for sales, marketing, and customer service efforts at ACE to expand our customer base. His prior experience at XPO, helps him to better understand customer requirements and expectations. He manages the sales pipeline, load volume and margin growth through new customer opportunities, freight rating, participating in RFP’s and bidding process.

Truck & Trailer Repair Specialist

With over 100 professional truck drivers hauling freight across the nation every day, it takes a skilled and hard-working team working behind the scenes to keep our trucks, trailers, and equipment maintained and operating at top performance. Tony leads our in-house maintenance team.
